The products offered through this website are sold exclusively to private consumers, whether natural or legal entity. Any resale or distribution of products purchased through this website is strictly prohibited. Accordingly, the customer automatically confirms with his order that he is an end consumer and has no intention to resell the products of CASE STUDIES commercially.

You shall not modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works based on any software or accompanying documentation supplied by CASE STUDIES or its licensors.

TERMS OF SALE

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions:

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays, customs or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. Please see our Shipping Information notice for further information.
In order to contract with CASE STUDIES you must be 18 years of age or over and hold a PayPal account in accordance with PayPal’s terms of use. CASE STUDIES retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually beCASE STUDIES or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party, CASE STUDIES is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized PayPal user and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes. Please be aware that some of the goods sold through our Websites may not be suitable for children under 18 years of age, so please take extra care when purchasing goods as gifts, for under 18’s.

1. Our Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

2. Pricing
The prices displayed on the Webshop are indicated in Euros including the German value-added tax (Mehrwertsteuer) and excluding shipping cost. For orders outside of Germany, the client is the importer of the product purchased. Customs duties, local taxes, import duties, or state taxes may be charged. CASE STUDIES is not responsible for paying these taxes and fees.
Shipping cost will be specified in the customer’s cart, before the final confirmation of the order.
Prices may be modified at any time, without prior notice, particularly in the event of changes in tax or economic information. Items will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in force at the time the order is placed.

3. Products and Availability
We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site. However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors, and your electronic display may not accurately reflect the actual colors and details of the products. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If we cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee that items will be in stock. We reserve the right to discontinue any products at any time for any reason. Prices for all products are subject to change.

4. Payment
The payment must be made in advance, by credit card (PayPal) or by PayPal. CASE STUDIES reserves the right to exclude individual forms of payment. If the payment method of advanced payment is chosen, CASE STUDIES will forward the buyer the bank account contact in the order confirmation. The invoice amount has to be transferred to the listed bank account within 10 days. All goods will be sent only after receipt of the invoice amount.
CASE STUDIES retains ownership of the item until the Customer has paid in full for the item.

5. Discount Codes
Account discount codes – Discount codes may from time to time be offered to account holders; such codes may only be applied to purchases made through the account in respect of which the discount code was offered and registered.
These Terms and Conditions relate to all CASE STUDIES promotions, competitions and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

6. Delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1-4 days of receiving your order. We try and process all orders the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. For detailed information please see our Shipping Information.
Products are dispatched with the relevant delivery note, and sent to the delivery address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery cannot be made to hotels or PO boxes. Delivery times quoted on the site are approximate times, which represent average processing and delivery times, only on business days. In order for these delivery times to be met, the customer must ensure that he/she has provided accurate and complete information with regard to the delivery address (for example, in particular: street number, building number, staircase number, access codes, names and/or intercom numbers, etc.). After the item has been shipped, we will provide an email with the tracking number. You can follow your order from dispatch until arrival on the website of the delivery service by indicating the tracking number.

Please note that local taxes may apply when shipping outside the EU. Customs and other fees incurred in the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

In the event of a delivery delay of more than 10 working days, if the product has not been dispatched, the Customer may cancel the order by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt or by email and request that the order be refunded. If the item is dispatched prior to receipt of the cancellation of the order due to a delivery delay of more than 10 days, CASE STUDIES will refund the item and the delivery and return costs, on receipt of the complete item, in its original condition and with all labels still affixed.

If the goods are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or the contents, the customer has to complain immediately to the responsible courier and has to refuse acceptance. This does not affect the warranty rights. In addition, the customer must immediately contact CASE STUDIES (by e-mail or mail), so that CASE STUDIES can protect any rights against the courier.

7. Returns, Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. We will exchange any unworn, unwashed item if you return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your online order. All items that are returned for an exchange or refund must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags and packaging. Please note that only products that are in their original condition will be refunded, others will be returned to the customers at their own cost.

The buyer is responsible for any return shipping costs. CASE STUDIES is not responsible for return shipping costs nor duty reimbursement in the case of international purchases. We hold the right to deny refunds, if the product returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Your return will be processed as soon as possible but allow up to 7 days for your refund to be processed.

These terms and conditions are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Germany and in the event of any dispute or claim associated with these terms and conditions, that dispute or claim shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the German courts.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

The above Terms of Service (including the Privacy Policy, any other CASE STUDIES policies linked to herein constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and CASE STUDIES. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms of Service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of CASE STUDIES.
