cs /Daybed, 2023
The collaboration with the Interior Studio B|vdL resulted in a new expressive yet subtle knitted fabric for the studio’s minimalist daybed. Inspired by the yellow hue commonly found in mattresses and juxtaposed with soft pastel shades, this new cover makes a bold contemporary statement. The linear formations create a dynamic interplay that constantly shifts and evolves with the viewer’s perspective and the incidence of light. Moreover, the moiré effect of the knitted pattern engages in a harmonious dialogue with the natural wood grain of the oak frame.
Designed with sustainability at the forefront, the material is a blend of high-quality Italian merino wool and durable recycled PES.
